Welcome!

If you enjoy stitching, you've found the right place! The Show-Me Stitchers is the St. Louis, Missouri chapter of the Embroiderers' Guild of America, Inc. EGA is an educational, non-profit, and non-discriminatory organization founded in 1958. Its purpose is to set and maintain high standards of design, color, and workmanship in all kinds of embroidery and canvas work. Embroidery is defined by EGA as any work using a threaded needle.

We welcome stitchers of all ages and all levels of experience. Our chapter members include beginners as well as EGA certified teachers. Whatever you like to stitch, chances are there are other members with similar interests. Guests are welcome at any meeting. Click the Meetings and Activities link for more information.

Our chapter is part of the EGA Heartland Region.
