Welcome!

If you enjoy stitching, you've found the right place! The Show-Me Stitchers is the St. Louis, Missouri chapter of the Embroiderers' Guild of America, Inc. EGA is an educational, non-profit, and non-discriminatory organization founded in 1958. Its purpose is to set and maintain high standards of design, color, and workmanship in all kinds of embroidery and canvas work. Embroidery is defined by EGA as any work using a threaded needle.

We welcome stitchers of all ages and all levels of experience. Our chapter members include beginners as well as EGA certified teachers. Whatever you like to stitch, chances are there are other members with similar interests. Guests are welcome at any meeting. Click the Meetings and Activities link for more information.

Our chapter is part of the EGA Heartland Region.

MEETING LOCATION FOR MAY 11, 2021! We are meeting in the parking lot at the Trinity Lutheran Church 14088 Clayton Road. MEET FOR DINNER AND SOCIAL HOUR AT 5 PM, GCC WRAPUP MEETING AT 6PM AND THE REGULAR MEETING AFTER THAT.
